Two 25mm High-vis reflective tape on the sleeve and coat 

Rain coat front with plastic zipper or snap buttons

Two vertical pockets with pocket covers in front

Breathable cape in the back of the hood and with air vents in the underarm

Double  pockets in the front with plastic snaps closure

Cuffs adjusted by snaps

It is plain in the front.
